1. What we use
Reclyra uses cookies for sign-in and for securely connecting a calendar. We store the appearance and checklist settings you choose locally in your browser. We save unsaved job drafts in the current tab. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, remarketing or session replay technologies.
Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser stores and sends to the server with matching requests. Local Storage stores settings in the browser for the respective web address. Session Storage is additionally limited to the respective tab. Unlike cookies, this data is not sent with every request.
2. Controller and legal bases
The controller for the technologies described here is Reclyra – Ömer Salmaz. The full provider information is available in the imprint.
The storage and access serve the functions you have expressly requested: sign-in, secure calendar connection or keeping your selected appearance. Insofar as strictly necessary for this, access to your device takes place without separate consent under section 25(2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). We therefore do not use a consent banner for these functions.
Insofar as personal data is processed in the process, this takes place, depending on the context, for the performance of a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or to safeguard our legitimate interest in a secure and functional service under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
3. Technologies used and durations
Sign-in cookie
- Name
- __Secure-reclyra.session_token
- Purpose
- Links your sign-in to a session and enables protected access to your workspace. The cookie is set after sign-in. It is protected against being read by JavaScript and is transmitted via HTTPS.
- Duration
- By default up to 7 days. With continued use, the session can be renewed after one day. If a sign-in without persistent storage is technically requested, it is instead set as a session cookie without a fixed browser lifetime. It is removed when you sign out.
- Scope
- reclyra.app including its subdomains
Conditional cookie for a sign-in without persistent storage
- Name
- __Secure-reclyra.dont_remember
- Purpose
- Only set if a session without persistent storage is technically requested at sign-in. It remembers this setting for session management. The current sign-in form does not request this mode.
- Duration
- Session cookie without a fixed browser lifetime, in principle until the end of the browser session or until you sign out. A browser's session restore can retain session cookies. The associated sign-in is limited to 24 hours on the server.
- Scope
- reclyra.app including its subdomains
Calendar connection cookies
- Name
- reclyra.calendar.google / reclyra.calendar.microsoft
- Purpose
- Link the response from Google or Microsoft to the calendar connection you started and protect this process against misuse. The respective cookie is only set when you start the connection.
- Duration
- No more than 10 minutes. It is removed when you return from the calendar provider.
- Scope
- Reclyra domain; restricted to the callback path of the calendar connection
Local browser storage (Local Storage)
- Name
- theme
- Purpose
- Remembers the light, dark or system-matched appearance you have expressly chosen.
- Duration
- Until you change the selection or delete the website data in your browser. There is no automatic expiry.
- Scope
- The Reclyra web address visited
Local browser storage (Local Storage)
- Name
- reclyra:cookie-notice:v1
- Purpose
- Remembers that you have closed the cookie notice on the public pages so that it does not appear again on every visit.
- Duration
- Until you delete the website data in your browser. There is no automatic expiry.
- Scope
- The Reclyra web address visited
Local browser storage (Local Storage)
- Name
- reclyra:onboarding:v1:<membership identifier>
- Purpose
- Remembers, at your request, that the setup checklist is hidden. The identifier links this setting to your membership in the workspace. No application content is stored in it.
- Duration
- Until you show the checklist again or delete the website data in your browser. There is no automatic expiry.
- Scope
- The Reclyra web address visited
Draft in the current browser tab (Session Storage)
- Name
- reclyra:job-draft:v1:<user identifier>:<workspace identifier>:<job identifier or new>
- Purpose
- Saves unsaved changes in the job editor so that they can be restored after reloading or navigating back. The job content, formatting, selection criteria, status and assigned team identifiers are stored. Application documents are not stored in it. The draft is linked to your account, workspace and the job and is not stored on the server as a result.
- Duration
- In the current browser tab; 24 hours after the last change, the draft is no longer restored and is removed the next time it is accessed. Saving successfully also removes it. Browsers can restore tabs including their session storage.
- Scope
- The respective Reclyra browser tab, the account and the workspace
4. Changing or removing settings
You can change the appearance using the light/dark mode switch and show the setup checklist again. In your browser settings you can view, delete or block cookies and local website data.
After deletion, your sign-in and saved settings may be lost. If you block technically necessary cookies, sign-in and connecting a calendar may be restricted. Deleting browser data does not delete any applications or other data in your workspace.
5. Redirects to external services
If you start a calendar connection or follow a link to an external service, its website may use its own cookies and storage technologies. The information provided by the respective provider applies to these. Information on the service providers used by Reclyra can be found in the privacy policy.
6. Questions and changes
We update this information when the technologies used change. Should services requiring consent be added in future, we will inform you before they are activated and obtain the required consent.
