Answers about Reclyra.
What is Reclyra?
Reclyra is recruiting software for teams that want to organise jobs, applications and next steps together. In the workspace, selection criteria, application documents, team notes, messages and interview scheduling stay connected.
Discover applicant tracking →Which teams is Reclyra designed for?
Reclyra is aimed at small recruiting teams and companies where several people are involved in hiring. A shared workspace helps most when documents, follow-up questions and decisions have so far been spread across individual inboxes or spreadsheets.
See the features →Do applicants need their own Reclyra account?
No. Applicants can submit their application through the company's careers page without a Reclyra account of their own. A Reclyra account is intended for the people in the recruiting team who work in the workspace.
See how applying works →How are missing documents requested?
The recruiting team can request documents or individual details through a personal link. Applicants see there what is still needed and can submit the requested information. The request stays linked to the application.
Document requests and other features →How does Reclyra support interview scheduling?
Teams can set interview types and available slots. Applicants choose a suitable slot through a personal booking link. Which additional calendar connections can be used in your workspace depends on how they are set up.
Prepare a job interview →Does Reclyra make automatic hiring decisions?
No. The decision on an offer or rejection lies with the recruiting team. The AI-assisted document analysis prepares information in relation to the selection criteria; the assessment and decision stay with people.
See the current feature set →How much does Reclyra cost?
Starter costs €89, Growth €179 and Business €359 per month with annual payment (€1,068, €2,148 and €4,308 per year respectively). With monthly payment the prices are €99, €199 and €399. Our services are exempt from VAT under the small business rule (§ 19 UStG). No VAT is charged. Sales are currently limited to companies with a billing address in Germany. In addition, there is a free 30-day pilot and Enterprise from €799 per month. You start the pilot yourself after registering and verifying your email; accept the contractual documents before receiving applications. Authorised people can then book the standard plans online in the workspace under Settings → Billing.
Pricing information →Can I use a workspace straight after registering?
After confirming your email address, you can set up your first company yourself under Workspaces. You join an existing team through its invitation. The free pilot covers 30 days, one active job, 50 AI screenings in total and two team members, with no credit card. Before applications come in, you confirm the contract documents in the settings. There is no automatic switch to a paid plan.
Start for free →Who can see application documents?
Application documents are stored privately. Access in the workspace depends on membership, roles and job assignments. Internal application data is never public marketing content. You can find the current privacy information on the privacy page.
Read the privacy notice →Who should applicants contact with questions?
For questions about a job, submitted documents, an appointment or the status of an application, the company that advertised the job is the right point of contact. Its recruiting team handles the application and decides on the next steps.
Contact information for applicants →Can I book additional AI analyses?
250 additional AI analyses cost a one-off €69. The extra credit does not expire and can be used with an active paid subscription. The monthly quota is used first, then the extra credit. There is no automatic top-up or renewal. You book them deliberately under Settings → Billing; the credit is available once payment has been confirmed.
Additional analyses and quotas →What happens when the AI quota is used up?
Once the analysis quota is used up, new AI analyses pause unless purchased extra credit is available. Receiving applications, manual work and existing results remain available in the current plan. There are no automatic overage charges. In the pilot, the quota applies to the whole term. A successfully completed assessment of a CV against a job's criteria counts as one analysis. A deliberately started re-assessment counts again. Failed technical attempts and viewing existing results do not use an additional analysis.
