Our services are exempt from VAT under the small business rule (§ 19 UStG). No VAT is charged. Annual and monthly payment are each shown in full below. Sales are currently limited to companies with a billing address in Germany.

Public job pages, applicant pipeline, messages and interview scheduling are included. Calendar connections are included in all standard plans, including the pilot. Approval by the respective provider and account and a suitable Google or Microsoft licence are still required. CV parsing and evidence-based AI screening against must-have and nice-to-have criteria support you in reviewing applications. The decision stays with your team.
From Growth, candidate comparison and custom email templates are also available. Special requirements for Business and Enterprise are agreed individually.
Individual requirements
Active jobs, screening quotas, team size, term and payment method are set out in the quote. The starting price is not a promise of unlimited use.

An active job takes up one job slot. Once it is closed, the slot becomes free again. Drafts and archived jobs do not take up an active slot.
The analysis quota applies per workspace across all jobs. For subscriptions it is provided monthly, also with annual payment; unused analyses do not carry over. In the pilot it applies to the whole term. A successfully completed assessment of a CV against a job's criteria counts as one analysis. A deliberately started re-assessment counts again. Failed technical attempts and viewing existing results do not use an additional analysis.
Once the analysis quota is used up, new AI analyses pause unless purchased extra credit is available. Receiving applications, manual work and existing results remain available in the current plan. There are no automatic overage charges.
When the quota is used up, there are no automatic extra charges. You can see your usage and the available plans under Settings → Billing. A notice appears there once 80% of the analysis quota has been used.
250 additional AI analyses cost a one-off €69. The extra credit does not expire and can be used with an active paid subscription. The monthly quota is used first, then the extra credit. There is no automatic top-up or renewal. Authorised people book the pack deliberately under Settings → Billing. The amount and terms are shown before purchase.
Existing subscriptions keep their agreed quotas. Your current limits are shown under Settings → Billing; they may differ from the current offer for new bookings.
