Your free applicant account.

1. Provider and free service

Reclyra – Ömer Salmaz, Philippsburger Straße 83a, 68753 Waghäusel, Germany, provides this personal applicant area. Contact details are available in the imprint. The service is free; activating a profile does not start a paid subscription.

These terms describe the service you request by activating your optional applicant profile. It lets you save your own basic details and keep an overview of applications you expressly link. Registration creates your personal Reclyra sign-in; profile activation is a separate step. Applying to a company does not require an applicant account.

2. Linking and viewing applications

Each link requires your confirmation, a valid personal application link and an account with the same verified email address as the application. Matching email addresses alone do not cause applications to be linked. Linking gives you no membership or administrative rights in a company workspace.

You can view the information made available for the linked application and use its existing document and appointment actions. Internal assessments and notes are not included. The company remains responsible for its recruitment process and decisions. This account does not include a job board or a promise of employment.

Personal application access is limited to 180 days from receipt of the application. Linking does not extend that period. Access also ends if the application is deleted, the workspace closes or the identity or authorisation required for access changes.

3. Your profile and access

Profile details are optional. Editing them does not change applications already submitted or send the changes to companies. You may also store up to three private CVs (PDF or DOCX, up to 3 MiB each) and one optional profile photo (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MiB). Files are not shared with employers or analysed by AI. CV downloads are available only after the security check. Photos are resized and stored without image metadata; the original is not retained.

Use only your own sign-in and application links, keep your access details confidential and do not add applications belonging to another person. Profile data and saved links can be exported from the applicant area. This export does not replace a request for all application data held by a company.

4. Ending use and removing data

You can remove a link or your entire applicant profile at any time in the applicant area. Removing the profile also removes all its saved links and blocks access to private CVs and your photo. These files are queued for deletion. After 365 days without using the applicant area, the profile is blocked and deleted together with its links and private files during regular cleanup. This does not withdraw or delete your applications with companies. The respective company's retention rules continue to apply.

Removing the applicant profile leaves your underlying Reclyra sign-in in place, including any other roles you use. To request full deletion of that sign-in, contact privacy@reclyra.app. We check which data can be removed and explain any retention that remains necessary. The privacy policy explains the different responsibilities and storage periods.

Contact the company for questions about its recruitment process. For your Reclyra profile and personal data, use the contact above. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. The business terms for company workspaces are not a prerequisite for this free applicant profile.
